ROUTINE CONSULTATION SERVICES
Success in today's competitive health care market often depends on your partners. You want superior educators and consultants, vendors, and other ancillary service providers on your team.
The CTS Routine Consultation Plan will guide and direct you and your nursing management team all year long. As an Administrator or Director of Nursing Services, you will feel confident knowing that your expert CTS consultant will review each critical component of your resident nursing program as often as you feel the need - monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly. CTS recommends a minimum of four quarterly visits that include reviewing 25 key nursing proficiency indicators. However, you can tailor a program to meet your facility's specific needs.
After you and your CTS consultant agree on your nursing program goals, your CTS consultant will immediately work with your nursing team to identify, evaluate, correct and monitor key indicators of professional nursing care. You will receive timely feedback after each visit, a written report, and opportunities to discuss corrective action. You will know and understand exactly what you and your nursing team need to do to achieve desired outcomes and peace of mind.
Your CTS consultant will make your job easier. Your professional leadership, plus CTS expertise and dedication to your success, will produce the positive outcomes you and your customers desire. You do not need to have a routine contract in place to benefit by the consultation services and educational programs offered by CTS, INC.
CTS partners with facilities and organizations to provide consultation and educational services for one time projects. CTS can serve as an adjunct to your corporate consulting team.
