Collard, RN, BSN, CPHQ, RAC-C B.J. is founder of C.T.S., Inc., a consulting and teaching service specialized in geriatrics and long term care and provides consultation services and educational programs nationally. She successfully completed a grant from the Federal Administration on Aging and developed the model for how to successfully implement restorative nursing programs that work in long term care facilities. She published a restorative nursing manual - Restorative Nursing: A Practical Guide for Building a Program. B.J. is the recognized authority on restorative nursing compliance, and her restorative nursing manual and workshops have become the standards for restorative nursing care.
